Hedgehogs delivered again.

The highest scorring match of the third round was the game between Municipal FC and Hedgehogs. It produced an amazing nine goals (3-6). The Brazilians did well in the first half, which ended with 3-4 for the Croatians, but unfortunately, they completely fizzled out in the second half.
This is the third round where Hedgehogs scored more than 5 goals (6, 5, 6). And considering their opponents have been on the stronger side, the Croatian team has been really impressive in attack. It will be very intersting to see how they do this round against 39th season’s finalists, Dinny.

Round 3 star match turned out one sided

We had high hopes for the game between Grumpy Hunters and Real Football. Don’t get me wrong, the game was far from uninteresting. The first half was Real's, as they finished it with the only goal scored. However, the result didn't reflect the state of play. Grumpy Hunters were on the hunt for goals from the start, and it's no surprise they put in three once the floodgates opened.

The Czechs again went the distance.

The game between JF.Millaran and FC Romulus was the only one that didn’t end in regular time. They each scored once, just six minutes appart, in the second half (of regular time). But aside from that brief spell, the two traded shots all the way to the penalty shoot-out - the game ended 1 : 1(4 : 5 p).
Interestingly, this was the first goal Romulus conceded, and they steadily scored exactly one goal per game in this YIC.

Two of the underdogs survived round 3, two were eliminated

KM Asteras and El Tigre Gunners fell (1-5 and 2-0 respectively), but Royal Pari and North Mississauga SC both got through (3-1 and 0-1 respectively). Leopoldo Pinto is the one largely responsible for Royal's victory - he scored a hattrick (and received a score of 9.7 for his efforts). The Canadians impressed in defence, but their attack was largely lacklustre - their only goal came from a penalty.
Round 4 pits the two against each other — only one will reach the semifinals.

The other quarterfinalists

AC Olympic struggled to get through Thracian's defence, but throughout the game, they always looked like the stronger side - they will however have to improve their scorring game if they wish to continue to the semifinals.
Their opponents in the fourth round are hammertime. The Belgians have quietly worked through the second (their first) and the third round, winning 2-0 both times. Could they be the dark horse of this season's YIC?
